You open the YouTube video search meditation click and get comfortable, closing your eyes. You sit for a bit and listen as they guide you to where you’re supposed to be. 

All of a sudden you realize you’re no where you’re supposed to be. They’re talking about the forest and the trees and you’re on the beach. You immediately catch yourself and start trying to get to the forest and they’re somewhere else. You think ugh… this is pointless, it just doesn’t work for me. I can’t do it! So you slam down the phone, turn off the stupid meditation and move on with your day!

Yea I know, that used to be me too. I thought I just can’t meditate, it just doesn’t work for me.

So how do people like us who have trouble meditating receive the powerful shifts like everyone else?

This is essentially why I started creating meditations. Meditations for the average person that is just starting out, or can’t get out their heads long enough.
